F8betf Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

1. Definitions & Interpretation

• "MYR" — MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), the official currency used for all transactions at f8betf.
• "Rollover" — the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Member Eligibility

To use the f8betf platform and register as a member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. f8betf does not permit access to underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Resident in or physically located in Malaysia when using the f8betf platform.
• Not currently subject to any active self-exclusion or platform ban on f8betf.

3. Account Registration

The minimum deposit at f8betf is RM10. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method or VIP account status. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered member — f8betf does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of other members.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect account details or issues on the member's bank's end will not be held against f8betf; however, we will assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

All bets placed on f8betf are considered final once confirmed by the system. Bets may not be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except in very limited cases such as technical errors acknowledged by f8betf. The following are the general betting rules on the f8betf platform:

• Bets may only be placed when there are sufficient funds in your account. f8betf does not offer credit facilities or loans to members.
• All odds displayed on f8betf are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• For Sports Betting, the official results announced by the relevant governing body (such as the Football Association of Malaysia for the Malaysia Super League) are final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

F8betf takes platform integrity extremely seriously. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without notice, with all existing balances subject to review:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on f8betf under any name or by any means.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to access or interact with the f8betf platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Manipulation or cheating in any casino game, Sports Betting, or promotion on f8betf.
• Money laundering or using the f8betf platform for any illicit financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through illegitimate means, including colluding with other members to artificially fulfil rollover requirements.
• Using your f8betf account for commercial purposes — including reselling access, placing bets on behalf of third parties, or any form of business operation — without written authorisation from f8betf.

F8betf reserves the right to use any lawful and reasonable means — including cooperation with relevant authorities — to investigate and address any conduct that violates these terms.

9. Account Closure

Members may close their f8betf account at any time upon request by contacting our customer support team. Any eligible net balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member's original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

F8betf reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of f8betf's Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity or indicators of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members themselves or their legal representatives.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, f8betf reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, subject to a fair investigation and determination process. The affected member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an explanation, except in cases of clear fraud where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

F8betf provides its betting platform on an "as is" basis, with every effort made to ensure consistent performance, availability, and security. That said, there are liability limitations that all members should be aware of:

• f8betf is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures or legal orders.
• Betting and casino game outcomes that are fair and in accordance with the established rules cannot be appealed on the grounds of financial loss alone.
